The App offers free and paid features for analyzing scalp images after hair transplantation:
The Premium Features are available as a one-time purchase for $1.99. There are no additional or hidden costs. Payments are processed through third-party services, including RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the payment processor.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered except in exceptional cases of technical errors, which will be reviewed at our sole discretion. To request assistance, contact us at hey@nerdzhub.com.
Users are prohibited from uploading inappropriate or irrelevant images for analysis. Misuse of the App, including uploading offensive or harmful content, may result in termination of access without a refund.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in German courts.
